Former Finnish mobile giant Nokia launches its latest smart phone model Lumia 1020 launches in India. 41 MP camera with 7152 x 5368 pixels is the main attraction of the device. It comes with Xenon & LED flash, auto/manual focus, Carl Zeiss optics and optical image stabilization too.

Lumia 1020 will hit the stores from October 11 th and the company is not disclosed its price details yet. But it is widelybelieves that handset will be available in a price range between Rs.45000-Rs.48,000.

Lumia 1020 has 4.5 ” display with 768 x 1280 pixels, AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which supports 16M colors, runs on Windows 8 OS, 2GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory which can’t be further expanded with memory card,  Dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and it will have 1.2MP secondary camera for video calls. The phone will be available in tfour colors-Yellow, white, black and red. Non-removable Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery will give the talk time up to 19 hrs  in 2G  and up to 13 hrs  20 min in 3G. It supports micro single sim only.

The device  features  Skype video call , Remote device locking via Internet, Full HD 1920 x 1080 videos, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0  and customers will get 7GB free SkyDrive cloud storage as an offer.

The dual-capture feature of the phone allows taking high resolution 38 MP effective pictures with 7152 x 5368 pixels and also creates a 5 megapixel picture that can be shared on social networking sites.

Lumia 1020 photographic experience is supported by Nokia Pro Camera app for better control over the photos, Nokia Smart Cam for combining multiple shots into single picture, Creative Studio for quick photo editing, Cinemagraph for animating pictures and Nokia Glam Me Lens, Panorama etc.
