Yahoo to acquire Flurry an app analytics platform.  Accroding to BBC news report “Yahoo paid between $200m and $300m (£117m and £ 175m) to acquire Flurry, making it one of Yahoo’s biggest acquisitions since it acquired blogging platform Tumblr in 2012.”

Flurry officially announced on their blog post says ‘Today, Flurry is entering a new phase of its life. I am excited to announce that we have reached an agreement to be acquired by Yahoo and expect to be joining Yahoo very soon.”

Yahoo says ‘When completed, our acquisition of Flurry will be a meaningful step for the company and reinforces our commitment to building and supporting useful, inspiring and beautiful mobile applications and monetization solutions.”
