The iPhone 6 comes with a 1,334 x 750 resolution with 326 ppi and the 6 Plus comes with a slightly higher resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 with a pixel density of 401 ppi.

Camera

Both models have 8 MP primary camera and 2.1 MP from facing secondary camera. iPhone 6 Plus has the extra advantage of optical image stabilization.

Thickness

There is not bigger difference between iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in thickness. iPhone 6 comes with 0.27 inches thick and 6 Plus comes with 0.28 inches.
