Search engine Google just brings a feature to their search page. Google now gives you more information about a site while you search. Users can now find out more about the search result or about a website by clicking on the page name next to the actual link.

If you are searching Twitter on Google, it shows full search result name in blue its depending upon if you visited the site earlier or not. In the next of the actual link you can see the page name in grey color if you clicked there Google will show you short paragraph about the page.

Google brings the sites description from Wikipedia pages. Google says  it will only show up when the site you search is widely recognized as notable online.
