It’s really interesting first to try out third party apps on Apple Watch like Facebook, Twitter, EverNote etc. To hide apps on Apple Watch you just need touch and hold an app icon on the screen, press the red X next to it.
Those apps will remain installed on your iPhone unless you delete them from that device.
