1. Open Google Calendar.
2. Click on the Gear icon drop down in the top right.
3. Select Offline
To enable offline, you will need to install the Google Calendar web app from the Chrome Web Store. Enabling Offline will download your event information onto this PC. Don’t download Google Calender on a public or shared computer.
