Customize Your Settings

There are a lot of customization settings available. Let’s look at how to do this.

Source Settings

Here in source settings, you can configure how Pleexy searches for cards in Trello. The drop-down menu lets you select boards and lists where Pleexy will search for cards. Also, you have the option to specify whether Pleexy will take Trello cards assigned only to you or cards assigned to anyone.

Destination Settings

You have two destination options. The first one is to put all tasks in one Todoist project and the second one is to create an individual Todoist project for each Trello board.

Task Settings

Here you can specify how Pleexy creates, names, and synchronizes tasks and task attributes. You can set the task title template, synchronize due dates, synchronize labels, etc.

You have 4 options to Synchronize due dates, synchronize labels, etc. Check the above screenshot for the options. Also, toggle the button on to add the description to the task in Todoist. You can select a list that stores completed cards.

Action Settings

With action settings, you can control what Pleexy will do when you change, complete, or delete cards or tasks in Trello or Todoist.

Checklist Settings

With this option, you can customize settings for Trello checklists. You have the option to allow Pleexy to create subtasks in Todoist for the checklist.

Save

Those are the options available to integrate Todoist with Trello. After you have done everything, don’t forget to scroll down and click “Save Changes”.’
