I’m a huge fan of Todoist, one of the best To Do list management app. Todoist comes with a lot of excellent features but in the free versions of the software, you can’t use reminders, project limits, comments or labels. You can always upgrade to Premium or Business if you’d like to access those advanced features.
If you upgrade to Todoist Premium, you’ll be charged a flat fee either $4 per month or $36 per year. You can invite people to your projects free of charge up to 25 people per project.
